Phra Phuttha Chinnarat

This Buddha image is considered the most beautiful in Thailand. It is enshrined at Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat Woramahawihan in Phitsanulok Province.

Main Beliefs/Buddhist Virtues: All-encompassing, including supreme auspiciousness, protection from danger, safety, enhanced power and prestige, and success in life and career.

Distinguishing Features: A Buddha image in the Maravijaya posture, in the Sukhothai style. It is characterized by its beautiful, refined, and graceful face, and its unique "glass shrine" (believed to have been created during the reign of King Maha Thammaracha I).

Worship Instructions:

Placement: Should be placed in a high, clean, quiet, and orderly location (altar or shrine).

Worship: Offer white jasmine or lotus flowers, clean water, seasonal fruits, and regularly recite the "Phra Phuttha Chinnarat Worship Mantra" for auspiciousness.

Prohibitions: The area where the statue is placed should be kept clean regularly. Avoid placing it in unsuitable locations.
